WELCOME TO THE LODGE!

With the original HUNTER'S LODGE having vanished into the distance, here's the New Version. For all those who visited previously, welcome. Hopefully this time around there should be an improvement. HUNTER'S LODGE will bring news about published books, new editions and details about upcoming projects. The site will expand over time as I add new pages, with sections devoted to individual subjects. At the moment this is a "work in progress" so be patient.

The Western is still alive, and though it may not be as healthy as it once was, there's still some miles left in the genre. It's the devotion of faithful readers and hard-working writers who keep the Western going. No-one else is going to do it for us, so we need to maintain the interest. They haven't written us off yet, and as long as you readers out there keep coming back for more we can win.
